These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and transfer of domain names by Adlink Networks GmbH, Teerhof 59, 28199 Bremen, Germany ("Seller") to the buyer ("Buyer"). By submitting an offer or purchasing a domain through our website, the Buyer agrees to these terms.
Submitting an offer through our website does not constitute a binding contract. An offer becomes binding only upon written acceptance by the Seller via email. The Seller reserves the right to accept, reject, or counter any offer at its sole discretion.
The purchase price is the amount agreed upon in writing between the Buyer and the Seller. Payment must be made in full before the domain transfer is initiated. Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon acceptance of an offer. All prices are net prices; applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) will be added where required by law.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Seller will initiate the domain transfer to the Buyer. The transfer is typically completed within 1–5 business days, depending on the domain registrar. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate registrant information for the transfer. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the Buyer's registrar or incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
For transactions exceeding 1,000 EUR, the Seller may require the use of a third-party escrow service to protect both parties. The costs of the escrow service will be shared equally between the Buyer and the Seller, unless otherwise agreed.
The domain is sold "as is." The Seller warrants that it is the rightful owner of the domain and has the authority to sell it. The Seller does not guarantee any specific traffic, revenue, search engine rankings, or other commercial value associated with the domain. The Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price paid by the Buyer.
Since domain names are digital goods customized to the Buyer, the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive does not apply once the domain transfer has been initiated, provided the Buyer has given express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Either party may cancel the transaction before the domain transfer has been initiated. If the Buyer cancels after payment, a full refund will be issued minus any transaction fees incurred. Once the domain transfer has been initiated, cancellation is no longer possible.
The sale of a domain name does not include any trademarks, logos, website content, or other intellectual property unless explicitly agreed in writing. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the domain does not infringe upon third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany, provided the Buyer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of the offer submission applies.
